Pool View-Deluxe
Room was very clean except for black ants so don put drinks n foods unattended. Very spacious, accomodated for 6 pax in a room(3adults n 3 children) Room service was quite slow in responding to our requests but they are polite and cheerful. Breakfast was good with wide variety of foods. F&b- quite expensive and nothing much swimming pool - clean water sports- not available due to sea condition go kart- pathetic!! only have 2 cars. went to Din Corner foodstall (rice n dishes) and was very suprise that it was totally cheap! RM48 for 11 pax. seafood firefly- tho te route was very hollow and creepy, the food were nice and cheap too! fire fly- get ready to get bitten by mosquito tho nothing interesting but it a nice experience. fruit farm- don forget to try the durian. Extremely rich in taste-wonderful- expensive but worth it! overall- value for $$ . Don expect too much as ders not many shopping centres and activities at desaru. Nice for a short getaway from our burstling city. But did a little shopping and it was very very cheap!

1 Night in Desaru
We arrived on a friday afternoon. Some part of the hotel was still under going renovations. The check in was done quickly and we were led to our room. The room was generally in good condition except for the water heater which took some time before we were able to get a hot water bath. The pool water was also relatively clean for my 2 babies. The food variety for breakfast the next day was rather limited but the service from the crews made up for that. Overall, its a good place for a family get away at an affordable price.

My warm holiday
1. We check in 3.35pm instead 3.00pm. 2. Front office not smile and wish selamat datang. 3. Dirty and smelly blanket.

Okay because of lack of alternatives...
Pulai Desaru Beach is a nice Resort with nice facilities and quite a nice beach, good food.
Given the price, the room is big but a bit run down. I had some bugs running around, toilet flush didn't work and balcony furniture not clean.
It seems all the few Desaru Resorts have similar problems, so I can still kind of recommend it (if you really want to go to Desaru). Additionally, the access by bum boat from Singapore is a bit difficult. If you can, book the Cruise Ferry (Changi Ferry Terminal), +65 62148031.

This is my first booking experiences through...
This is my first booking experiences through asiarooms, its truly a trusted sites. My first ever experiences in Pulai Desaru resort too... my kids loves the places and will come again someday hopefully the resort will provide a free wireless internet connection in the future.
