New and clean
Was visiting relatives and stayed at Kulai City Inn for a night. It was new and clean. However, the shopping centre where the hotel is located within was almost non-operational except for a family style karaoke. Hopefully, there will be more shopping and leisure possibility within the shopping centre in the future. Otherwise, there's not much to do around the town. Carpark was manned with security guard which is good.
