Rooms are spacious and excellent. Counter staff need to be more efficient and friendly.
Upon arrival, there wasn't anyone to receive us or take our luggage! All rooms were fully booked inspite we had booked around 2 months back. At least they upgraded us to their club house rooms. Ok acceptable. Room was big n spacious however it was a bit dusty.Food was ok but on Sunday morning most of the breakfast was gone. The staff was a bit slow on replenishing the food. Car park was very bad. Drove at least 15 mins around the compound and finally got 1. They should have reserved lots for guests who are staying. Checking out was hassle free. Also nobody to help us with our luggage. Overall its worth your money because its fairly cheap.

The room beds is good especially for family of 4. B/fast is superb. We really had a good times in this hotel. Well done Mutiara!

Hotel was adequate for our stay.
Plus point - room was big. Bed was comfortable. Room service prompt.
Negative - lobby and lift was dim and no aircon. Needs to be improved
Overall Good experience
The room is clean and newly renovated. Althought the room service is a bit slow but overall was acceptable.
The breakfast is simple, don't expect anything special, but basic food for breakfast are covered.
Check in, Check out process is fast.
Customer service
The frontdesk staff is unfriendly.we wait very long to check in.Why must they need 3 staff to attend to one customer when I had wait for quite some times.Front desk staff doesn't even explain to us about the complimentary parking or even show us with side is our room cause we are first time down there.we end up went to the wrong wing cause there have to different parts of rooms.we had to go down back to the lobby to ask.

Nice hotel
We stayed here for just one night recently, the room was very nice, large and comfy bed. had a good range of shops and restaurants nearby, short taxi to city centre and bus depot. Room was getting a little bit old and shabby in places but great overall. Not European standard 5 star but good for Asia.

The staff is friendly. Tebrau Wing is being renovated from 8th floor up. Fortunately, I stayed at Pelangi Wing so it's ok. The check in and check out were smooth and fast.
The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was spotless. The location was great. beside the hotel, there is an old shopping center. Across the hotel, there is a massage spa.
The breakfast was nice. I was hooked to fruit juice.
The downsides:
- not so spotless bed sheet. I saw a black mark on the sheet.
- the TV looks old. But it's understandable. I like how the put the TV program near TV, so that I did not need to ransack the drawers to find it (As what I did in many other hotels).
- the drain metal plate comes out from its place. The tile around it is chipped.
- they forgot to put my bath towel, so I needed to call the housekeeping. But they were very prompt in delivering the towel
Overall, I like the hotel. Worth the price.
