Excellent Service
All the staff very helpful and polite. The rooms are quite big as compared with other hotels in neibouring countries.Only should add up more international tv channels and wifi in the lobby to make the stay more enjoyable.Hotel is in the centre and close to all important places you need.

The hotel was well equipped and really clean and comfortable! I am really particular about comfort when it comes to choosing hotels and this met my needs. The room was spacious and the furniture was generally well maintained. The toilet was so clean and spacious as well!
The staff was polite and helpful. I can't remember the names of the ladies who served me but I am really pleased with their services. I also enjoyed the Dim Sum buffet which was really worth the money spent.
The only problem I faced was when checking in. I arrived between 2.15 and 2.30 pm. Was asked to wait until 3.15 pm because the room wasn't ready (previous guest checked out late perhaps?). Went back to the counter at around 3 pm to check if it was ready but it wasn't so they put me in another room without additional charges which was extremely gracious of them.
Also, they did their best to meet my request (when I booked the hotel, I requested for non-smoking level and view of the straits). They did meet my request but since I had to change rooms, I didn't get the view I wanted (the initial room they allocated was facing the straits).
Enjoyed my stay there and will be back again when I visit JB.

Awesome, from customer service to room service to waiter/waitress to doorman.. All are very helpful n polite...
A pleasant stay
Internet access in my room is not wireless, they are using a land line. A minor issue concerns the bath towels in my room, one of the 2 white towels had a yellowish stain. Overall, I would still say its a pleasant stay. I wouldn't say this hotel fits in the category of a country escape, city break, romantic retreat or spa break.
Enjoyable Stay and Friendly Staff
Enjoyable stay coz near to all shopping mall - City Square. Friendly, polite and helpful staff and efficient service. A good thumb up for the staff name Syafiq who serve me and manage to get the connecting room even though the hotel are fully booked. Rooms are clean.

easy to access to the hotel without taking a cab

Short Getaway
Our room are not ready by the time we arrrived but we got an upgrade room instead. We get to checkin earlier as we thought. Room/toilet are specious & clean. Breakfast was great & had a lot of variaties. Location was the best as we walked from custom to hotel. Past through City Square for shopping & eating.
