Rooms are under renovation.
I've asked for non-smoking room, but i found ash tray in the room and still can smell cigarette.

Not very good for my second booking
not very good, can't check in early when i make requirement, quality drop, noisy also

The room has been refurbished, Cleanliness is good...but not all the room is refurbished... Hotel management should have consider major upgrade of the hotel, should have change all the corridor carpet... indeed it is a very nice design hotel...

For a five star hotel, I would say that this aren't enough. Rooms are quite small with limited items for breakfast. Most Indians dont take beef and it was the only meat was served throughout my stay as there were no white meat. I dont prefer to star here anymore. Still using the old model of television as most of the hotels have at least 27" size LCD TV.
Satisfied in overall services
I just not happy with the service when I called to confirm my booking. I been hang up by the receptionist for 5 times when she asking me to wait for duty staff to check and answer for me. Then, the duty staff finally replied me but they have yet to receive my booking I believe this due to I book via Internet and she said she will call back to me once she receive my booking. Eventually no one calling me till my arrival for check in. I think this is a very bad service for 5 stars hotel and the management should take action in order to improve the customer service part.
I stayed in this hotel quite often. To meet my friends in JB or customer. Is a convenience place to have a glass of beer here, you can choose a pub or clubbing depends what do you like.
