good experience
i asked for the 2 rooms to be side by side... i.got it. front desk officer greeted me and mentioned Welcome back Mr Rohaizad... this was my 4th time. I think this kind of greeting makes customer happy. My mother in law enjoyed the bfast v much. my children enjoyed the pool..
Peaceful
Had a wonderful time, with a very friendly and welcoming environment with almost every activity available. A nice place to just relax and get away from your busy life in the urban jungle. We wanted to stay longer but had to get back to reality. Completely a pleasant experience and will definitely come back again.
Peace & Quiet
Had wonderful times with my in-laws & children. Played bowling and also went swimming. Spacious room. The resort provides shuttle service to JPO. Staff are friendly. Didn't expect the iron & board in the room so no worries if your clothes are crumpled. Night time you can checkout the shops at the small town. There are durians, seafood, burgers etc. Overall it was nice.
The spa was the biggest disappointment. We came here for Mandara Spa but was still hopeful to see Le Spa. However, many of the services were non-existent due to unavailability of therapists. Housekeeping was quick to come and clean the room but they removed all of our towels (even though we had not indicated a need to have any change) without any replacement till 3 hours later. There was no ala carte available @Ishwara Restaurant even though the buffet spread was already grossly depleted. We had to succumb to room service, which serves similar food from the ala carte menu. We do not see why the restaurant could not accommodate our ala carte needs. We like the bowling alley and Olympic size swimming pool though. In addition, the staff are really nice and the rooms are comfortably sized and decorated.
Fantastic resort
Excellent service to meet personal needs. Thank you very much for giving us such a creative birthday surprise, special thanks to Wayn. We truely enjoyed our stay and definately will be going there again for a weekend gateway.

Cool Getaway
I requested for a connecting room but was not available. A lil bit of disappointment though. But overall the rooms are spacious n clean. Food is very expensive, but can easily be assessable at the nearby Aero Mall,where Senai Airport is situated. There's coffee bean, secret recipe, KFC, marry brown and of coz..Mc donalds. We spend most of the time at the sports and recreation department where all the fun is. We won third prize in the Father's Day Bowling Tournament organized by the country club. We really enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely come back again next time.
Prior to my stay, the staff arranging my transport to the resort was very efficient and service rendered was great. They took the trouble to call me on my mobile to make sure their email reached me. There was some technical problems with the internet connections and our emails didn't seem to reach each other then.
On our 2nd night, there were a few group check-ins and the small Japanese/Chinese restaurant was fully booked by them for dinner. The coffee house was closed and only the seafood restaurant was opened. We had no other choice of food outlet in the resort. Good thing was, while exploring the resort earlier, we discovered a small cafe at the leisure block which was meant for golfers. We had to rush there as it was almost 7.30pm and it closes at 8pm.
