Money well worth
Good location, near the city and immigration centre, taxi to the city is very convenience and fair price.
Room is space for two bed room suite. Food is ok....

Loved It....
It was our first visit to M Suites and would rate that we were satisfied with the overall service, especially the staffs' friendliness and pretty helpful. Other reviews have given accurate and fair description of the rooms in terms of value and comfort, and there really is nothing more to add in terms of the positives. Our stay was pleasant and there is nothing negative we encounter. We would stay in M Suites again if we visit JB.
We are comfortable to stay at M-Suites. During the 4 days 3 nights in there, our period of stay is only for a few hours. We need to attend ESQ trg that were held close to our hotel. However, we can still relax after a day in the training hall and home to a clean & tidy hotel. Although the bathroom needs little renovation, yet comfortable stay. If you want to compare the price with the service & attention that we receive, it is still worthwhile. We had no problems. We are delighted with the service we received and the attention given by the hotel staff. They are warmth, friendly and service with a smile. The carpark & the doorbell attendant were always so helpful, friendly and willingly to extend a helping hands. Credit to Miss Mahani Hj Melan (GRM). Her efforts and assistance during our stay is much appreciated. She service with a smile and willing helpful attitude. Housekeeping is the best! They attended to our request swiftly and are very efficient.
This is not our first visit nor will it be our last. We have been recommending M-Suites to our family and friends and definitely, we will make a come back soon!

Great, But I Had To Pay For Wifi
I spent a weekend at the M Suites Hotel for a short personal retreat. The location is good -- distant from the city centre to give me the quietness I want, but not too far to make me feel... insecure.
The room I stayed was clean and huge. It's really like a (mini) suite. I like the pool and the gym there -- both were underused, with me being the only person using them every time.
Certain descriptions in AsiaRooms are not accurate. For example, for the dining area in the room, it says, "not for heavy cooking" -- this would suggest "light cooking is OK" to me, but the only thing provided was an electrical kettle... Also, it mentions spa, but it's not available

VERY basic toiletries were provided (only hand soap, shower gel, and tissue paper!). Also, wifi was available for free in the lobby, but I had to pay for RM 10 for use of every 24 hours in-room. Both of these were not what I expected from a 4-star hotel.

Very spacious suite
Couples would enjoy staying here. The quiet nite helps to enhance the romantic feelings. Its a few minutes drive to Danga Bay for seafood and also to JB town for shopping. However, their daily breakfast could be improved. Overall, I would still recommend the hotels to my friends.

The hotel is undergoing renovations so although it was a bit run down it will be all updated soon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very large but was showing signs of wear and tear although everything worked perfectly and was clean.
The road works outside the hotel make access quite difficult. As with the renovations these will eventually be complete.
Overall this is a good hotel and was good value for money. I would recommend it and would stay there again if I need to spend time in Johor Bahru.
