Nice hotel to stay in! The room is elegant and what i love the most is the shower! Check in now & u'll know what i mean! 👍
Feedback
The room lighting is inadequate, and with wardrobe lights not working. Bathroom floor were dirty with water seeping out from the shower. According to the front reception, all the rooms are "Non-smoking Rooms", but we found ash-tray inside the room.
When checking out, there is only one line of queue, but the manager just entertain the guests that did not queue like everyone else. He should have call the next guest in-line, instead of entertaining someone that is not in queue. No system.
Though the front reception was manned by 3 persons, only one person can successfully do the check-out procedure. The rest just watched.

Small room
The rooms are small but clean and comfortable.
The only areas that the hotel need to relook is the ceiling in the room had mould and if we are not wrong there was water marks on the ceiling.
Please also note that there is no hair dryer, no iron and ironing board.
The safe in both rooms were not in working condition.
Breakfast was really terrible.
If you stay in this hotel, try and do away with the breakfast and walk to the shopping centre wihich is just next door, where there are loads of cafes and restaurants.
If you are staing for a night or two, the cost of the room, free wifi and the vacinity is the main attraction.

i like the room, altough the room is tiny but is enough for a couple.
the only i don't like is the bathroom lack for the shampoo rack, is very troublesome for us when take bath. the location of the hotel is really convenience, oppsite is KSL shopping mall...is really good location...

Just Sad
Only thing good was the location. Service was horrible especially housekeeping. Rubbish in the shower stall was just left there even after room was made up. Staff could hardly follow up on simple request.
Worth It.
I always stay in this hotel in JB. It's affordable. As this hotel is relatively new, it's definately better than other cheap hotels in JB. Worth it to stay...
Small Room for 3
Had spent a night here with my wife and my 3 year old son. The room was very clean and had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was good for the average traveller from the Asian region but if compared with an American Breakfast, then it would be tolerable, but, overall, it was very good and would surely stay there again.....

There was a pub with live band that play till 3am opposite the hotel even on a tues night. Unless you are a super heavy sleeper, request for a room facing the KSL mall instead. On the whole, pretty new hotel, clean room and convenient as its close to shopping area. Simple breakfast fare but sufficient to fill the stomach.
Worth for the price
Room was very small and basic... limited space to move about... although it claimed to be newly renovated, the finishing of the renovation was rather poor with wall paper and the wooden floor peeling off here and there. Good thing about the room was its cleanliness and there is no foul smell which hotels of such standard would normally have. The breakfast buffet spread was limited but it was worth for the price paid. Please check utensils and glasses before use because there were 2 glasses on the tray with the whole bulk of "washed and cleaned" glasses that had lipstick stains on them. Overall ,the stay was worth the price paid.
