A disappointing family holiday
My holiday at Seri Malaysia Johor baru was a disappointing one. Firstly, the room is not really clean. The carpet has a few patches of stain (don't know what of stain). The plugs is insufficient. We need the plug to charge our phone. the hotel has only 1 plug for the TV and 1 plug for us boil water and if I'm not mistaken, I have to take out the fridge plug for me to boil water. The most disappointing one is from the time I check in, I have feedback to the reception that my room telephone line was not working and until I check out, the phoen line cannot be used. In fact I have inform them several times, the first day itself I told them 2 times, the next day when I go down for breakfast I also highlighted to them about my phone line but no one came to look at the phone line. I was thinking of making claim back for my money as the service is really bad. I have paid for the hotel & service and this is what I get. The breakfast item is very limited, not much variaty that you can eat.

Well value for money. Can be better at counter service. My children asked about swimming pool but that was not a big issue.
