Comfortable and cosy hotel. Nothing spectacular but a good place to stay for the night. A 5 minutes drive to Tesco a shopping centre with food court and fast food restaurant like Kentucky Fried Chicken.
It was worth the rates we paid. Location not tourist friendly - 1.5 hours from Tree Top walk, two hours from Kuah Kedah. Catering more local (Malaysian) orientated, especially the breakfast menu. Reception staff friendly and helpful, wifi but no other internet access. Family rooms a bit crowded for four people, but I suppose if you only looking for accommodation close to the Tree Top, then it will suffice.
We were upgraded to a suite family room. However, the design of the bath room (#302) is not that practical.
There is no hand-wash basin in the toilet whilst there is no toilet in the Master bathroom.
