Good location
A reasonable hotel with good food at a reasonable price.
However the bathroom in our room needed maintenance.

On your website this hotel was advertised...
On your website this hotel was advertised as having tea and coffee making facilities, but all that was provided was a kettle and two mugs. We had to go out and buy our own tea, coffee, creamer and sugar (we didn't complain to the hotel about the lack of these because we thought that that was their policy).
We ate some meals in the hotel's coffee shop, but we were annoyed by the fact that we were charged for items that were put on the table which we didn't order and understood they were complimentary. We only noticed this when we read the bill in detail on our fifth night and saw that we were being charged for the dried noodles which were put on the table when we sat down, and also for the cologne towels which were given to us when we asked for the bill. We thought that these were a complimentary gesture, only to be charged for them!
We will be prepared to pay a bit more for a better hotel, the next time.
