I am unsure why this hotel is...
I am unsure why this hotel is rated a 5 star! The room we stayed in was old therefore making the room rate overpriced. And it is located at the end of the main city road which means you had to sit through all the traffic, passed by the reasonable priced Promenade and the beautiful Le Meridien before you arrived at the Hyatt. In short, this hotel is a dissapointment and I will never stay here again. My advice is either pay less to stay at the Promenade or pay more to stay at the Le Meridien.

We stayed at this hotel on three occasions over a three week period and had fantastic service every time and a lovely welcome back. Great location.

The hotel was above expectations, the service/people...
The hotel was above expectations, the service/people were fantastic and unforgettable, breakfast was great, it was very clean and the facilities great. Probably a little whinge, no milk was provided for coffee in the room (they had coffeemate - milk powder), I bought my own, and internet access in the rooms was rather expensive. It was within walking distance to everything, shopping centre next door, markets on one side, Little Italy on the other, taxis were available out the front. Would love to visit again.

Excellent hotel and no complaints at all....
Excellent hotel and no complaints at all. Room was clean and well serviced, and the food was great too. Location is perfect for looking around the town. Pool is suitable for small children too. KK plaza is about 100 metres away (toward the airport) and has a supermarket in the basement, and a food hall on the top floor. If we come to KK again we'll definately stay in this hotel. Booking through asia rooms was a great experience too, with a very quick confirmation.

Poor value for money. We stayed only...
Poor value for money. We stayed only 1 night and was given an 'attic' room on the 14th floor. The room itslef was small and the decoration 'tired'. Breakfast was below average with a dissapointing selection of meal options. This is no 5 star hotel!

We were thrilled with everything about our...
We were thrilled with everything about our stay at the Hyatt. On our second visit we upgraded to the Regency and found this to be even better value with free internet, drinks, apperitifs and lounge with sea view. And the breakfasts were to die for! Location was perfect for getting around town and out on tours. No complaints whatsoever. The staff were great. If I had to find one fault it would be that the 'triple' room was just a wheel-in extra bed - and rather cramped. It didn't spoil our enjoyment though. We would definitely stay there next time.

It happened that there was lacking in...
It happened that there was lacking in replenishment for sanitary use such as......toothbrush + tooth paste, shampoo/conditioner. body lotion, shaving....and the like......We sincerely hope such negligence would be corrected. Our best wishes for your highly esteemed hotel.
