For the price that's charged, the room...
For the price that's charged, the room is a disappointment. Its rather run down / not maintained. The buffet spread lacks variety - mostly local dishes are served. The only advantage is the location which is right in the city.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights...
My wife and I stayed 4 nights from our honeymoon at the Pacific Sutera. We would like to say special thanks to all staff especially to the staff of the Waves Pool Bar. They are so fantastic, friendly and always with a smile! The swimming pool is great!! The landscape of this hotel is very beautiful.Excursions can be booked easily from the hotel. The Location of this hotel is great - it is only 5 minutes from the city. This hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the city.Breakfast was excellent -a great variety of food.We had booked a sea view room, however the only complaint we had is that the room had no balcony!! Overall we had a great stay at this hotel and we highly recommend it to romatics!! Once again thanks to the staff since we were impressive how friendly they are.

Dear All, I have not seeing...
Dear All, I have not seeing ever before, the bathroom to be together with the bedroom… Everything is over-Old Dirty, Stinking, (Deluxe-Sea View….where is that deluxe? excepting the sea view…there is any luxury…?) But all at a high high Price… I’ve been in many hotels over the entire world, where I’ve got what I’ve paid for…even more… this is not the case of Pacific Sutera… I’ve been in the middle of London, as well 5* hotel(five stars for real) / one room apartment, and I’ve only paid 90 GBP per night … I can give you some pictures … then you may find whatsoever Deluxe mince… I can only rated yours hotel as far as a Poor 2 Stars, and nothing more. I am really satisfied with this hotel...
I am really satisfied with this hotel but the only thing I want to complain is the shuttle bus serive to town centre. I had been waiting in the lobby for more than 1 hour before the bus came in the eveing on 26Dec, 2008. They told me that there was a serious traffic jam in town centre.

I think the hotel is perfectly located...
I think the hotel is perfectly located and world class. I would recommend it to anybody except for one critical thing-- even though it is located at the sea, it has NO BEACH. (Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures.) Nevertheless, I would come back for more and more.It is very close to the city for shopping and for meals.

Excellent hotel. I love the locality as it is situated just next to the harbour and very near the KK town centre which was easily accessed via the free shuttle service. The service standards was good. The hotel on the whole was a little dated but the facilities were great. The food at the Chinese restaurant was tasty and inexpensive. The rooms were of a fair size. I had problems with the toilet flushing system and had to call maintenance on 2 occasions. The breakfast buffet was great and the spread was very generous. On the whole, I feel that this hotel offers good value for money and I will not hesitate to return on my next trip to KK.

I have stayed at Sutera Pacific 3...
I have stayed at Sutera Pacific 3 times now - once by myself, once with a boyfriend, and once with 2 mates - and every time has been brilliant! All the staff are excellant and only too eager to help in any way they can. The hotel and all the facilities are first class and the restaurants are great. Special thanks to the staff who made it extra special for us Jack (Concierge) Sabri (Concierge) Saidwell (Waves Pool Bar) Can't weait to see you all again :-)
