We had a very pleasant stay - the staff were very helpful as we were travelling to other destinations throughout our stay.
They stored our luggage,assisted with transport and generally made our Sabah visit easier and more enjoyable.
We stayed on the 11th floor with special breakfast and a fantastic cocktail hour every afternoon all inclusive!

Hi we only had a weekend at the Magellan Sutera, could have stayed for much longer. The open-air lobby is so tranquil, we loved everthing about it and the food was absolutely fantastic!

We had to change our arrangements at the eleventh hour and the floor manager bent over backwards to help us. Absolutely top class service. It was our second visit to the hotel and we WILL be going back. We went off on a wildlife safari after checking out but were allowed to leave half our luggage there which we picked up 3 days later. 150% recommended hotel.

When we arrived at pacific they told us we were allocated to the magellan (no complaints about this!)
Had a great stay. People were very nice, food was excellent and the shuttle bus was very convenient. We did a dive trip through PADI at the Pacific - well organised and friendly and a very competitive price.
All in all we had a great stay and I intend using your service again.
FYI Australian banks advise us against using credit cards in Asia as there is a high risk of internet fraud. I am personally very confident about your service. The only problem I had was the delay before you confirmed my reservation.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and we have always find the hotel very friendly and the staff are very polite,
The evening entertainment in the lounge is very good and relaxing with a good selection of music for all tastes,
Ideal location as KK shops and malls are only a short trip away from hotel, or you can relax next to the pool or take a walk around the harbour in the evening and watch the beautiful sunsets
It was unpleasant from the beginning because...
It was unpleasant from the beginning because we have to wait for a while before we get accomodated. And then the 2 rooms given to us have problems with the shower glass door and the flexible hose of the shower was leaking. Also some amenities were missing like house slippers, coffee and coffee cup, and electric water boiler. We complained and it was efficiently sorted out within an hour or so. After that, everything was ok and it was complete fun from then on. My children said that it was our best holiday and they really enjoy the water sports activities. We will surely be backed again in the near future.

Rooms of Pacific Sutera were generous in size, but could do with a little sprucing up -felt like the hotel was still in the 1990s ,with faded fabrics to go! However, this was more than made up for by the excellent service we received both at the front desk and the concierge .The guys at the concierge were just great ! Gave very knowledgeable advice on the numerous eco-excursions this lovely part of Malaysia has to offer ;and, even managed to arrange for us, at very short notice, a minibus to the Poring Hotsprings and Mount Kinabalu, when we had already missed the usual 8am tour coaches!

Excellent hotel. Fantastic location and attentive staff. Thoroughly enjoyed a 4 day stay and a great base to explore the rest of Sabah. The Spice Island restaurant on the Marina was superb.
