Felt like apartment rather then Hotel
I stayed in Deluxe Double room, the view was fabulous the room got good space. For the service was slow respond, when we check in at 2:30pm we were delay for 15 minutes, the room wasn't clean enough, the furniture old and some broken, housekeeper come to room late at 2pm, we can hear noises from rooms beside us because the door got big space from below which is allow air and sound go through

Good experience overall
We enjoyed the scenery the hotel provided as it was beside the beach. Breakfast was very nice with a variety of food to choose from. Service at the counter for checking out could be faster. Quality of service could be better.

Nice but tired and fairly expensive
Very large, old hotel undergoing some renovations. Large resort with golf course. Pool area and spa well looked after and service fairly good and friendly. Wouldn't choose again for a holiday, too expensive and not up to the standards it should be for the price charged - there are many other Asian destinations with far better hotels to stay for far better value for money and with better standards. Sabah is becoming a popular new holiday destination but they need to pull up their socks very fast as holiday destination if they want to become a Bali or Penang equivalent. I would stay here again for a business trip but probably not go back there for a holiday.

Lovely resort, more than just your usual hotel
We were very pleased with the environment there and found our stya very relaxing, the pool area was great!
Breakfast buffet not the quality food you'd expect from a 4-5 star hotel and only disappointment was the lobby bar. We ordered a sanck which took ages and when it vame we had tuna instead of chicken, another occasion we ordered tea and coffee and both were lukewarm.
We'd certainly be back but will not be using the lobby bar again.

good service and relaxing.
everything is good. breakfast is quite good. good harbour view in restaurant. although i live in room with golf view, i feel great, both relaxing and comfortable. staffs are helpful.
if you want to have dinner out by shuttle bus, remind you to make a booking before hand (6:05 pm), especially when it rains.
pools are good and big, suitable for kids.

great place to relax after climbing Mt Kinabalu
Nice quiet location away from busy streets of KK yet only a short taxi trip to get there. Buffet breakfast excellent, pool area lovely.Rooms very spacious with nice views, adjoining rooms available.
