very good costumer service!
our experience was great! we had so much fun in pacific sutera. everything was fine. the people are so friendly even outside the hotel.. we wish to come back again in our next summer vacation..
pleasant hotel
I was very impressed with the helpful staff,we arrived early and departed late and we were able to access our room early and depart late which was a great help to us.The room was lovely,the pool area a great place to relax with nice views over the water.I would not hesitate to stay there again.The welcome drink would have been be better suited to the pool area as it was lime juice.

Felt like apartment rather then Hotel
I stayed in Deluxe Double room, the view was fabulous the room got good space. For the service was slow respond, when we check in at 2:30pm we were delay for 15 minutes, the room wasn't clean enough, the furniture old and some broken, housekeeper come to room late at 2pm, we can hear noises from rooms beside us because the door got big space from below which is allow air and sound go through
Good experience overall
We enjoyed the scenery the hotel provided as it was beside the beach. Breakfast was very nice with a variety of food to choose from. Service at the counter for checking out could be faster. Quality of service could be better.
The big wow on my 3 week Asia holidays. Location - cool, Hotel - beautiful, Bar & Pool - cozy.
