Taxi's readily available outside, otherwise a good 15-minute walk over highway to waterfront bars.

Nice hotel for the price. Location was reasonable, about 10 minutes walk from the waterfront area, but surrounded by newly built flyovers with no crossing points!The price of drinks in the bar was very high (about US$7 for a small beer).A small swimming pool and gym; reasonable 4 star standard.

Close to the airport and not far from KK. Everything was very efficient and comfortable. Concierge drove us to the bus station to catch mini bus to Mt Kinabalu

The service at this hotel was impecable. The employees were always happy to help with anything that we desired. The only thing that I was not overly happy with was that they advertise a triple room, however there is two normal beds and a roll away.

Nice rooms and very good service. Breakfast very generous. Pity about the location as it is a bit far away from the main parts of town. Still only a short cab ride.

The value for money is fantastic - this is a really swish hotel - not complaints about anything - the location is not within walking distance of the main area of Kota Kinabalu but this is not a problem as taxis are so cheap. Nice pool, nice breakfast - great rooms and lovely staff.
On weekends, there are karaoke party in...
On weekends, there are karaoke party in the lobby until 12:30PM, so the lobby was so noisy. I needed to speak very loud to check in at 12pm. Othere points are all good, perefect for budget traveller.
