In between of what I experienced
CS : Nice smile and warm welcome. I was greet nice and easy at the counter. Polite I must said. Before that, I somehow 'encountered' with Yin (I think her name is Mahayin) and she was pleasant (quite nicely to reject my request) at calls. I called to early to ask for confirmation at the very last minute. However, there is another coll of her and she gave me a comforting answer too. I was delayed and later earlier for my check in. Overall, I was alittle anxiety but happy I get the early check-in into my room.
Cleanliness : Quite ok. I didnt found any dis-comfortable prior along my stay and most important no bed buds.
Room : Not quite as we thought of especially the television which is kind of 'ancient'. Although we do not really stay in our room most of our times but consider the channel that offer, it was alittle back off.
Food : Almost as complete as I tasted in 5 stars but lesser choice (which I do not mind at all). Should very much pay attention to the cleanliness of the area. If the location of the placement is not so suitable, should change or re-arrange right away.
FF : Pleasantly good as I can see.
Value : I got a good offer and I kinda like it.
