Useful Tips
The hotel is at the city center of KK. Quite strategic to most places. The shopping mall nearest to hotel is Central Point. And walking distance to Gaya Street , Warisan Square and Filipino Market. But will need further walking if you head to Jesselton Point (jetty) or Suria Sabah shopping mall. The room is quite small so don't expect spacious walkway inside the room. It’s really limited space to walk around. Overall, the cleanliness is a thumb up. The bed sheet and toilet is clean. The room is equip with flat screen tv in front of the bed. Around the hotel, there are some restaurants like a food court style. But the downside for this hotel is wifi is not free. You need to pay RM10 per day for the wifi service. It would be good if it’s free of charge. This is the saddest part of the hotel I guess.

This hotel is located in city... easy to looking for foods... The room is clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly....
I had booked standard double room and the room is too small even for me and my wife only.You cant move easily or comfortably inside the room because of the space is so limited.Other than that, the cleanliness and their staff is okay.The location also is good.
Location is very good with foodcourt all around. but the room is very small meant for short term businessman.

In town centre with quiet environment. Very convenient. Friendly hotel staff. The room is very clean and confortable. Good value for money. I would recommend it.

A small and decent hotel
Hotel location is great, it's close to the various spots and eateries.
It's also within walking distance to the famous Gaya Street where the Sunday market is held on every sunday morning.
It's good for single, business stay, but not so suitable for family which brings along their children. Rooms are too small for kids to move around.

A good and affordable place for a stay in. Basic necessities are adequate (hot shower and a comfortable bed). Hotel is near to a shopping centre where food and personal items are readily available.
