Not convenient
the hotel not convenient at all,as is to far from town.there's no restaurant near by hotel,but only indian food stall.And it is a urban area which u need walk about 30 min to buy some stuff..surrounding is to creepy due to many local and filipino ppl wondering around tat area when night fall.advise is stay in hotel and dun go out at night.the staff not honest to me,before i book this hotel,i did ask bout shopping mall,and the staff reply the mall is KK times square and is only 1km by walking distance..but the fact is 1 hour walk from hotel to KK times square.how many km for 1 hour walk?

I was very pleased with the service crew at the hotel. Everyone from the reception desk personnel to the driver that took me back to the airport rendered excellent service.

Very good value for money. excellent room, good bed, split type aircon, coffee and tea in the room. beautiful bathroom, good towels. very quiet, tv with hbo etc, but, good simple buffet breakfast, even cornflakes but alas no milk and I didnt want to ask...
if you are not Muslim, you might want to make sure you get a room not facing the mosque. 5 am prayers started per loudspeaker, not too loud, but I needed to put my earplugs in. also there are schools close-by and at six students start to arrive. a well behaved bunch really, and after 7 following the principals announcements all is quiet.
taxi to the hotel a 5 min-drive from the airport at 25 RM it seems overpriced to me-would be great if the hotel offered to pick-up guests at say RM 10
