poor customer service and complicated layout
i book the hotel due to its proximity to 1Borneo hypermall
Location wise it is very near to 1Borneo .
I book a room with no window view, design is contemporary, and quite small.
The lighting is using yellow type light-no white light and with no window the room appear quite "dark"
for sleeping purpose still ok, however overall experience-including the corridor-very minimum lighting , give impression that the hotel is quite dark...
Another contributing factor i believe is due to 1 of the light near the entrance was not on (spoiled).
Bedsheet is clean, though i notice a bit of tear ~1cm at one part...
i consider these hotel is quite new, however looks like maintenance/house keeping not up to standard as i noticed at the showerroom/wash basin, at corner/edge side kinda moldy (those brown color dark spot)...
Room equipment, suprisingly it come with iron and hair dryer, but i did not see list of price for any of the service/item (exp: which is complimentary, and what is the charge for other facilities).
Welcome note- is 1 A4 sheet- photocopied- hence does not look good.
.My package come with free welcome drink plus dinner/lunch and breakfast.
Front desk, only give me breakfast voucher, only upon enquiry it acknowledge the dinner/lunch .
Originally offer to deliver the voucher to my room, yet till dinner time no voucher delivered and no welcome drink (though i did ask during check in). End up i need to get the voucher from front desk myself. Come dinner at the so call Elusion cafe (furniture-table, sofa quite old and not well maintained), the waiter/supervisor welcome me, but upon knowing that I come for free dinner voucher, tell me that i can only ordered: 1soup of the day, 1fruit juice (very diluted), and 1 fried rice/mee/bee hoon. This staff very lack of customer service and keep telling me that I am not entitled for the buffet (that night there is buffet function from other group). The skill is very lacking and sound rude.
Breakfast also does not have many variaty.
