It was an ok stay for me,...
It was an ok stay for me, a bit expensive for their kind of room standard. Room was too small, room window lock was broken & was not replace. It is dangerous for children as the sliding window can be open and can jump out easily. Toilet flushing was no good. No 24 hrs room service. Breakfast not that wonderful, very slow in topping up of food, water & cups. Hotel should look into this service areas & room condition... you need a lot of improvement.

Do not be deceived by the shiny new appearance of the hotel lobby. The room they provided me with was showing its age (dents, stains, worn furnishings, etc). Had corner window room, which unfortunately had building construction on side and monorail on other (which is nowhere near as quiet as you'd expect a monorail to be). TV remote and aircon thermostat were not working properly. The only thing that almost saves this hotel is the quantity and range of the buffet breakfast served. You can get better for the same price nearby.

There was internet problem in the day i stayed in and could not browse the internet correctly. They gave me the room facing petronans twin towers as shown in booking. The room and facilities was good. Breakfast was nice. The front office was good and cooperated. Recommended to budget travels. The only set back is that tv channels are limited and no channels from indian subcontinent.

Great breakfast but that was all that...
Great breakfast but that was all that was great! Location not bad as short walk to trains to city centre but reception told us on arrival that we could only get taxi to/from city. This annoyed us a little. Room big but carpet/curtains/bathroom really dirty. Toilet didn't flush properly, shower head was bust so we had to get it replaced on arrival. Fab food also in the side street restaurant to the right of the hotel - would go back for that but not to stay at this hotel!

When staying in a major city you do not know, for the 1st time it can be difficult to work out where to stay.We found this hotel clean/comfortable and only a 5-10 min walk to tube line which then accessed the whole city.We had a club room which allows use of a club lounge with free food/light refreshment and free internet. The lounge had wonderful views of the towers. We would happily recommend a stay here at the price(better hotels in the city, but at a much higher cost)

In general I thought that the hotel...
In general I thought that the hotel is really typist 3 stars hotel,...but when I got in to my room,...evrything was seems need really good maintanance...the door of the room really looks like need a re-paint. I felt that I was in the hostel . The staff tried hard to welcoming you though, but if you really expect what you see in the site, beter not choose this hotel because you are going to be really dissappointed. The location also is not really startegic,... need taxi to visit the twin tower. Alot of girls whos trying to look for a lonely guest, I guest.

Following are my opinions for my 3D2N...
Following are my opinions for my 3D2N stay: Overall is alright except for few things. On my 1st day, we had to go around calling from one department to another just to request for extra pillow & towel. We had to call housekeeping ourselves to make request. It takes few times to call and to reach Operator & housekeeping to attend my call. And they deliver our request at midnight. Promptness for the services need to be improve. Location wise, not accessible to reach tourist attraction. Quite desserted place. Require to board taxis to reach a destination. During reservation, the room I choosed stated KLCC view but I don't see any. Quiet disappointed. Food is alright but have to be extra careful and keep a lookout to other tourist who simply do not understand the word hygiene & food handling. Facilities, no hair dryer provided (was lucky to bring my own).
