Your hotel has always been on my...
Your hotel has always been on my priority list whenever I go to KL be it business or leisure. My previous stay in your Hotel has been a pleasant surprise, I was automatically upgraded to the 15 floor. The Housekeeping staff are friendly, but your front-office are not friendly and not helpful. They barely do the minimum. I think this hotel need to emphasize more on the importance of customer service. So far in my numerous, only the porter are helpful, none other staff impressed me in their service.
