Good experience
Very nice hotel and location. Good service and nice bed. Malaysia's sultan stayed there the same night.
The carpet was dirty and the dressing table was dirty. The curtain is torned. Hair is everywhere in the toilet. The blanket has stained. The operator was rude.
Nice but with flaws
The location is very good, however, room decore is very 80's and a b it run down due to the age of the room.
Should have asked for a non-Smoking room because they automatically gave me a smoking room ...
A girl named cath was so rude to me.. Bad service.. There was a long queue at the receptionist.. There was only two counters opened whereas there was 4..
Brilliant Place for Relaxation
I stayed 2 nights at Equatorial, its location is great, being in the middle of KLCC and Pavilion shopping centres as well as Raja Chulan Monorail station making it easy to venture elsewhere. Customer service reps were very polite and helpful. No problems at all. If you're looking for a basic place to stay and enjoy your holiday, Equatorial is one way to go. The rooms also have a LAN cable for internet connection.
Value for money
Whenever I am in Kuala Lumpur, I always stay at Equatorial
hotel. It is well located, very near to the monorail station and
close to the biggest and most famous shopping malls.
The hotel staff are very friendy and helpful. The rooms are
very clean and the food is very good. It is indeed great value
for money.
