Would have given a higher score but the service in receotion when I checked in , compels me to mark the whole thing down, An Indian guy with a real attitude problem (I'm Indian too) appeared to think that we should wait until he had finished his personal call on the cell phone and was downright rude at times ! I left my luggage in the storage room as the room was not ready and returned to find different staff behind the counter. Was then given a room (meant to be deluxe) which made me wonder whether the standard room was the outside toilet !
Thankfully I got it changed the next morning and everything was OK after that.
This was due to the most efficient person I have seen in all of the hotels that I have stayed at over the years. Did not get her name, but she was from Sarawak according to the guard that I spoke to.
She gets 6/6 and the guy gets 1/6 only because he turned up for work !
Convenient for food and transport as well.
