Excellent & memorable stay
I had booked times square hotel for a 3 nights stay.The experience is excellent. The accommodation is nice and the room service and house keeping were prompt to refresh the rooms daily.
When we first checked in, a few light bulbs were blown.We called the maintenance team to replace the faulty bulbs and our request were responded very timely with excellent service.
I will recommend to stay again at Times Square hotel.

Room for Relax?
Room is a bit disappointing as it is quite cramp with the layout. Have to call for room service to fix the table light as well as the fridge which is not cold at all. My girl has a shock when she used the toilet. She saw a crocroach! Amenity like toothbrush is not given. TV remote control is weak. They do not entertain late checkout till 2 pm. Staff at reception does not serve with a smile. She looked so serious. However, I should commend staff at the Concerige who are friendly and knowledgable.
Fantastic hotel.
The 3-4th time staying at this hotel, and the place is very strategic in the shopping district and it's affordable. I think the breakfast buffet isn't the best but that's okay, shopping mall is right beside so you don't need to worry.
I especially like that it's located near the monorail - Imbi station. It's just 5 stops from KL Sentral stop which is the area where all the trains are located.
The rooms are spacious and homely. Well-kept and clean. Although some of the furniture has shown some signs of deterioration and wear and tear, it is still in acceptable condition.
Though one thing I hope for, for the hotel front desk people to smile. The concierge people are always so friendly and helpful.

Good location
The hotel is next to the train station. Easy for free and easy trip for family.
Good place to stay
This was the 2nd time we have stayed at Berjaya and we were upgraded to a Brooklyn Suite. Very big and the kids had a room to themselves with a great view of the Petronas towers.
The breakfast was better than I remembered and although it was very busy in the restaurant, there was plenty of food being replenished all the time.
The pool is fabulous but unfortunately you can't take food or drink to the poolside which is a pity, there also isn't a bar or anywhere you can get refreshments.
Times Square which is attached to the hotel is a great shopping centre with indoor theme park and picture theatres.

Bad experience
Dissatisfied with check in - we have to wait for 2.5 hours. Poor concierge service, giving us the wrong information to our destinations. Overall experience with a 5* hotel is under performing. The Hotel should only be 4* rated.
Our rooms were upgrading due superior rooms were full.
