Good hotel for the money
I have stayed at this hotel twice now, and I both times I wasn't disappointed. The hotel was just fine for having a place to sleep at night. The staff are friendly, and most important the a/c is good! Only thing I would say is the hotel should have more to offer than ice cream so eat there...perhaps the hotel should look into that. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.
my experience and view about hotel
Hotel is located in a good place, near to 2 banks, MAYBANK and CIMB, thus withdrawing and depositing money is fast process. Also, outside there are many foods restaurants, from chinese, traditional malays and fast food (KFC). What I like most was the customer service..very friendly, helpfull and caring.
The hotel is near to KLCC, Berjaya Times Square (there is an amusement theme park in this Shopping Mall) and Train Station (Pudu LRT Station). The hotel offers different types of rooms which are affordable (good offer on my side), clean and the mattress was good as well. Though the room is not that Big, but it worth the price. Unfortunately, majority of people living nearby the hotel don't know english so communicating with them was hard.

Friendly and nice staff
The room worth the money. I like the staff there so much. They're so helpful and lovely. They help me in everything. I lost my wallet, they helped me call to my bank to cancel my account, they also showed us where to go and how to bargain the taxi fare and the goods' price. I just like Zass hotel so much!
Hopefully, next time they can build a window in each room to make the atmosphere more comfortable.

The poeple were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the metro which brings you everywhere and 10 minute walk from Times Square (mega shoppingmall)
Good place
It's a good hotel. Cheap, clean and the employees are nice. Annoying thing: the building next door is under reform and there is a lot of noise from 10:00h onwards. Also THE ROOM HAVE NO WINDOW! If you care, be advised. Pudu station is 200m away and there is a 7 Eleven 50m to the left. I booked for 2 nights, but spent 6 instead. There's a lot of places to visit in Kuala Lumpur.

The neighborhood in which the hotel is...
The neighborhood in which the hotel is located is a cheap one. Maybe with just a bit more money, you can find same level hotel or even better one in better neighborhooods. The hotel staff were OK but the building is old, rooms are a bit smelly due to lack of windows and sunlight. TV is useless actually because it receives only a few Malay TV channels!
When you choosing a place in KL, always consider the accesibility to public transportation especially urban train and monorail.

Zass Hotel is ideal for budget travelers....
Zass Hotel is ideal for budget travelers. It's strategically located along a major street, near a MRT station, near a 24-hour convenient store, near some local restaurants, and near some historical places in Malaysia. Please don't expect amenities like that of a three or something class of a hotel because Zass hasn't. The staff are very nice and courteous. The only hotel we have ever been which provided us a lot of information about their country and place upon check-in. Worth recommending.
Our family room, which had 3 separate...
Our family room, which had 3 separate beds and an ensuite, was great for the price. The Staff and owners were all very helpful and friendly. Great distance from the train station and walking distance to times square. Eating places open till late and we felt very safe walking around at night. For the time spent in our room we were extremely happy with the Zass hotel. Maybe a mop for the bathroom, but other than that a basic and cheap hotel which we would stay in again.
