Hotel is generally clean and the service provided by the room service is good except for the front desk some of them are aggressive
Food service is good during night but during the day and specially during the afternoon you will be able to smell a disgusting food smell when I asked them they said the smell came from the restaurant in the ground floor
Hope they can sort out this issue as I do believe most of the gusts will mot be happy to smell a disgusting food smell

We were given room on the 6th floor. The noise from the Pub on the 5th floor and along the street downstair were extremely noisy during the night. We can't have proper sleep as the room was not sound proof.
I have also encounter such problem during my last stay with Radius Hotel a couple of years ago. They don't seems to have improve on this.

But the services provided by staff in The Concierge was good. Would like to give them grade 5 for their service.
The location of the hotel is convenient cos is nearby various shopping malls and eating places.

Just the very basic room amenities. Room service food not good. OK for the price paid.

the room was clean and comfortable. the location of the hotel is fantastic with street food available just one street away and shopping too!
other than being unable to get a call through to housekeeping at a late hour, there's nothing i would change about the experience

Good value for money
Good hotel for the price paid. Very close to almost everything food, restaurants, bars and night club. And there is a 7-11 just across the road.
The room is very bad.........
So I very sorry with my client for stay in this hotel......

All we have to say was the receptionist (female) on duty on the night of 15/12/2011 was very rude. The hotel should trained their staff on the importance of customer service. The room given to us was leaking from the bathroom and we made a courtesy call to the telephonist of reception (ext 2) instead of explaining or apologising to us, she was rude and just hang up the phone.

Location was not too far to buzzing Bukit Bintang street
Room was decent
Reception was helpful but could speed up their check in process.
Rooms are big and spacious but some rooms could be old and not renovated.
Asiarooms provide best rate for this hotel and definitely worth every single dollars.
