The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was exceptionally good. The location of the hotel was easy to find and was a good base from which to explore KL. I have no hesitation in reccommending the Swiss Garden Hotel and would stay there again.
The only criticism was the broadband internet...
The only criticism was the broadband internet connection was excessively expensive. In this day and age it should be available for free (which it was at another, budget, hotel that we stayed in).

We enjoyed our stay in Concorde Inn, a place with beautiful well maintained gardens, a clean and decent room and an excellent buffet breakfast. We also appreciated the free shuttle bus Service from and to the airport.
