Stuff was very friendly and helpful in the restaurant
and room service...At the reception - some are friendly, not all. There is not much help when arriving, you have to find your way to the rooms.
But...I stayed there three times.

Didn't expect the size is so small...
Didn't expect the size is so small and without window as the ventilation is too stuffy. I was so tired and wanted to have room services for food and I can't even find a menu and yet when I call the operator/reception; there's is no one picking up. The bath room drainage hole is also not draining smoothly as water piles out and reaches the dry floor areas. Later in the night; the entrance bulb keeps blinking.
I was too tired to make complains as I need to travel in the morning and can't risk anymore time taken from me.
The location is good if you want...
The location is good if you want to be close to Petling Street for the market. The breakfast is simple but good, the general hotel is a bit dated (getting old) however there are other parts of the hotel that are newer but at additional room rates.

Stayed for 3 nights, location is superb...in the middle of china town area, local shops selling almost everything from watches, clothes, hand bags, fruits, local food, etc...are all around you...
but bathroom is very small and the room smells rot when you first enter into the room...
breakfast was ok...
receptionists are not very friendly and unfamilair (or not aware) of the conditions offered in online booking. i've booked for 2 adults +1 child including breakfast (with minimum of 3 nights stay) but when i checked in, the receptionist insisted breakfast is only for 2 pax...and i must pay for breakfast for the kid...
room key stuck sometimes, though i've booked for 3 nights, my room key was unable to open the room on 2nd night and i had to go down receptionist to fix it...

This hotel has a great location and the breakfeast is good but they advertise at the hotel that all rooms have a mini bar and my room did not have one
I came back to my room one day at 4pm and it had not been made so I contacted housekeeping and they said they would do it straight away well it took them 1 hour to come and all they done was make up the bed they did not clean any part of the bathroom or toilet
The rooms you get are very small there is no where to put your luggage and no wardrobe to hang clothes
In future I would rather pay more to get a lot more space to move around in

The front desk service is not very keen to answer question. They only reply yes and no. Moreover is not very helpful when asking the road direction.
