Fantastic location and service
Was there for 3 nights and was extremely satisfied with the service. Just had problems ordering breakfast from room service , but other than that it's been wonderful. The location is very centralized and close to so many shopping malls. I'll definitely return there again

Requests not met
I booked a superior twin room for a one night's stay, requesting for a double bed.
However, when I got to my room, what I saw were 2 single beds. My companion and I decided not to pursue for a change in room or bedding configuration.
The hotel premise and hotel room itself in general, were clean and comfortable. Suitable for people looking for convenience.
The hotel is a 5min walk from Bukit Bintang monorail station. Many eateries surround the location with shopping right at the doorstep.
Jalan Alor is also just another street away.
Overall very happy with the choice of staying at Hotel Capitol.
Hopefully, our booking requests can be accurately met the next time though.

could be better if there's free wifi in the hotel room or lobby because there wasn't any.

Excellent hotel
I travel to KL twice a year and always stay at the Capitol. It is close to everything including the rail for the budget traveller. Recommend..

Excellent Service & Value for Money
Room - Clean & Room Service Excellent (except at night, nightlife from Bukit Bintang can be heard)
Service - Excellent & Efficient (except during checkout, the bell boy damaged my luggage & I had to replace it at my own cost)
Accessibility - Location is excellent for shopping as it is right in the middle of Bukit Bintang. Very accessible to BB Plaza, Sungei Wang, Low Yat Plaza, Time Square, Pavilion

All about great location & value for $$$
Whenever I visit KL, I only stay at Capitol Hotel. Mainly, it has excellent location..near to all my fave places such as Sungei Wang, Berjaya Times Square, Pavilion etc. For food, theres always round the clock local fare just outside the hotel & of cos, all the local delights of Jalan Alor! Value for money although the hotel seems abit old now.
They really need to do some refurbishment of the rooms esp. the smoking ones. But love the spacious bathroom always.

Great Location
The hotel location is very good (Bukit Bintang area) and easily accessible to major shopping centre and foodstall. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom are clean. Most part of the hotel are positive except for maybe the food (Breakfast). Variety is very limited. Due to the hotel proximty to Bukit Bintang, room noise from nearby foodstall and pubs are slightly on the high side but still manageable.
