We enjoyed our second stay at the concorde hotel. We stayed here a few years ago and based our choice for a second stay on previous experiences. Friendly service, spacious rooms with great views on the petronas towers if you ask for it. A late check out was no problem. Location is perfect, close to the menara and petronas towers and bukit bintang. We will recommend it to anyone looking for a good hotel with superbe location. The dresscode however, is a bit overdone. Even people wearing sandals should be welcomed into the bar to have a good time. They didn't make a big deal out of it, however.

The hotel staff very helpful and polite. The rooms clean and spacious. The breakfast spread is fantastic... there's hard rock cafe just beside.. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very good!!!!
I picked this hotel cause it was...
I picked this hotel cause it was recommanded to me by a friend. I had initially picked Le Meridien, but decided on Concorde because of it's location.
Near the monorail, all the shops were close by.
I had a fantastic holiday in KL.

Excellent hotel in a very good location (is next door to the Hard Rock Cafe & near to the Petronas Towers, ect); I only have one complaint and that is regarding the breakfast --- although the buffet is very good, I found the seating arrangements chaotic. I only stayed two nights and had two breakfasts but both days I had to queue for a table (I was on my own) and after being found a table went to get my breakfast but found other guest's had been given my table while I was getting my food --- this happened on both days despite me quickly putting a fruit juice on the table on the second day. I think this hotel needs to make a second breakfast room available during busy booking periods !!!! Despite this single problem I would definately stay here again.

Ugly from the outside but beautiful inside. A boutique style with exception al service and great facilities including gym, pool, hairdresser, shops and restaurants. Super location close to Petronas, Minara and lots of bars plus the monorail and local trains. Room was lovely and clean with great bathroom. Breakfast was buffet style but can have omlettes and eggs made to order. A bargain for the suroundings.

First of all the location is quite...
First of all the location is quite at the heart of town and there is 2 monorail stations which is just a stone throw away. The breakfast was marvellous, service was quite average and Hard Rock Cafe is just at the looby level of the hotel. Only the exterior looks of the Concorde hotel should be improved or renovated. It looks like a 2 star hotel from the outside but when you stay there you will realise the service was actually 4 stars.

Stayed there for 3 nites from 12/3 to 12/6. Although location is quite central with the monorail station within comfortable walking distance and the KLCC about 10 minutes away on foot, the hotel is badly in need for upgrading and repairs. Rooms are old without the nowadays standard broadband connections in most business hotels. Maybe the hotel felt that only businessmen can afford to stay in only the Premier rooms instead of the standard rooms. Hotels at half the price in China is already offering broadband as standards. Breakfast was decent but you need to there early otherwise there will be a long queue. For meals, the suggestion is to hop onto the train to eat elsewhere for better choices & prices. KL is a great place for food.
