a nice break
We stopped for a 2 day break in KL to have a rest from travelling on our way to London. It turned out to be the highlight of our trip . The people were so friendly and the food was amazing. Shopping was good and the room was clean with a view of the twin towers from the window .Free Wifi couldn't get any better.

good hotel for the price great location for KLCC and Bukit Bintang, Night life close by. Breakfast good something for everyone. Would recommend and will stay again. Staff pleasant and helpful
It was a so so not treat same as I study at the time of booking.
Don't expect too much
I booked the family room but it's not the one I expected. They provided an extra single bed only and the size of the room quite small. It's old and the toilet not working properly. Location is fine and easy to everywhere.

I have to sing the praises of all of the staff there! They were so thoughtful, so helpful, willing to go out of their way (such as letting me into the business center after hours, and letting me use his personal computer to try to solve a problem w Air Asia) to help.
My only concern is that they are soo good that we will not be able to book them next time because they will be booked up:).

2 nights in KL after Cameron Highland
Great stop over after 5 days in Cameron Highland. Room was a good size family room and the staff were very friendly.

Service at Concorde meet my expectation. Quite a breeze during check-in as compared to a few years ago. Upon check-in, staff checked to see that everything is in working condition. Thumbs up for the new improvement in their service. Melting Pot has the best array of breakfast for their guests and my husband just love the nasi lemak and the sambal sotong! The food never fail to whet my appetite!
