First of all I was disapointed with...
First of all I was disapointed with the reservation.
I reserved and paid for 3 adults. There was only a 2 person reservation. While it clearly states 3 adults on the hotel voucher. The Hotel blames the travel agent, I blame the hotel. The hotel says we didn't request an extra bed, I think it is stupid to assume 3 adults in 2 singel beds. In the end we get an extra shaky folding bed. Our room was directly located above the AC venting on the side roof. A lot of noice that way. AC in room can't set temperature, only fan speed. Internet in room seems did not support own laptop use. Room itself is very dark because of greyish use of colour, also bathroom grey dark tiles, quite depressing. Swimmingpool is build in sort of cave like setup, I don't like it much.
Reception guy was helpfull and friendly anyway. Also service like bringing an internet voucher to the room was good. I stayed in the Concorde hotel before, I prefer that much better than the Coronade.
I had stay in the summit room...
I had stay in the summit room for my business trip last year. I was quite impress with the spacious and well kept toilet. Overall the room deco is neat and tidy. Security wise is good and what I like best is that it is located so strategically for me to shop without thinking of the traffic jams. The housekeeping services was impressive as they prompt immediately to my request.Thanks for making my stay a pleasant one....

We stayed at the Coronade hotel before when it was known as Hotel Fairlane, had a pretty good impression then, so without consideration we chose this hotel again for our recent Dec 2005 trip. Were very disappointed this time!! We booked the hotel two months early, requested for a non-smoking double bed room, but not even one request was met when we arrived. Staff seemed not friendly, told us hotel was fully booked (two months' notice was not enough to at least prepare a double room for us??) and "out of no choice", we were put in a smoking twin single bed room. Breakfast was of not much variety either and the same for both days. The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to Bukit Bintang and monorail. Sorry to say, our experience this time left an unpleasant impression and we will most likely not stay there again!

* Rooms not ready when time to check-in. Check-in time is 3pm but rooms only ready around 5pm.
* Requested 4 rooms with connection, but given 2 different floors for 2 rooms.

I had reserved for 2 rooms & indicated 1 room with KING SIZE bed & I really get it! I do not expect my expectations to be met 100%! Nice hotel & agent! THANK U VERY MUCH!
We stayed at the Coronade for 1...
We stayed at the Coronade for 1 night in transit on our way back to Perth. We requested a wake up call for 5.45am the following morning. I first awoke at 7.10am before I realised they had failed us. We were not happy at all. Staff not very friendly. Will never stay there again.
The only thing that I really like...
The only thing that I really like about this hotel is the location. My room is reasonably clean but the furnishing looks old and the colour scheme is so dull. Breakfast is also unimpressive when compared to other hotels of similar class, in fact I find it quite dissappointing. The gym is tiny and the hotel pool, being indoor is cold and does not allow for sun bathing. Security is OK though, and I feel safe staying there.

I stayed in this hotel many times, its one of the best hotel you would want to stayed in. Room is always clean and tidy, Breakfast is good too. Will always make Coronade my first choice when I travel to KL.

We stayed at Coronade hotel a few times. We totally enjoyed our stay there. It's central location and at the heart of Bukit Bintang is a definite plus. The service and security of the hotel is very good. We will be staying there again in June 5.
My wife & I enjoyed a stay...
My wife & I enjoyed a stay at the Coronade hotel in April 2004. We were more than happy with our stay as it was perfectly positioned to the Shopping heart of K.L. The room was well maintained & a well balanced Buffet breakfast was provided. We found it to also be very quiet considering its location. We will be hoping to stay here again in the near future.
