the room was big, which we enjoyed. the bathroom and shower are good.
the room looked a bit 'oldish' ( heavy wooden furniture, carpet) but was comfortable.
swimming pool and gym are nice but the pool is covered so the water is cold.
very good located though, in the heart of buket bintang, nice place if you like restaurants and bars.
The room has a small tv, Not so clean room, run down too. Auto aircon 'ON' even i off it. And it's without temperature control. Bed is too soft, not comfy at all. Bedsheets simply sux. Cant really fall asleep.
I like the location of this hotel, its very near to the famous Bukit Bintang shopping district. But the hotel room seriously need an uplift - furniture are old and dated, towels has spots on them and the water in the basin was brownish in color when I turn it on initially. Well, if not for the location, I will not consider this hotel again.
Superb location. easy access to train stations and walking distance to shopping malls. Beds were super comfy. the rooms looked a little old, but very clean. Enjoyed my stay here.
It's a pity the hotel doesn't have free Internet access and/or WiFi, particularly the latter. Without these capabilities, guests are greatly inconvenience. It affects our decision to stay at this hotel again though we like it in other aspects.
Price, size of a room,and location of the hotel were better than that I expected. Quality of hotel will be better than now if hotel improve the quality of water in which water color was brown. However, this is not seriouse problem. If water run for a few minutes, water color is clear.
Based on my experiences, this hotel should be considered as your hotel in Bukit Bintan, KL.
1. Check process could have been faster.
2. I did not like the breakfast menue last time I stayed.
3. Location wise it's very good and room interior was quite OK.
4. Number cable channel was not satisfactory - I could not enjoy worldcup games in my room.
5. Can a handshower be added in the toilet - this is.
Location is good but services is very bad. Whatever we request was not fulfil. And they even did not know on their booking whether it include tax or not.
Though the Hotel building looks abit old,
the rooms were rather comfortable. Breakfast was a nice treat too, worth trying for travellors who seeking a perfect location!
