centrally located this Hotel is not five star. However what it is more than justifies four star. Not only are the staff personable and pleasant, they actually remember who you are. Not just your name but when you last visited and that you are a vacationer.This Hotel compliments the Holiday. A holiday is a time for relaxation and reflection. Here you can swim in the cities heart, you can dine on local and western food, all well presented in clean surrounds. The one drawback is the awful sound of chairs being scratched across floors. However this is a small point in the overall effect of lovely city, delighful staff, roomy accomodation and damned good food. My wife and I have stayed here on many occasions and have never been let down by inconveniences or shabby standards. Occasionally we have used it as both a meeting place and rendevous for friends coming on their holidays. A quiet understated oasis in the hubbub of Kuala Lumpur on the go.
