This is the third time I am...
This is the third time I am staying here and quite happy. It provides overall good service. The one aspect is small niggling problems are overlooked - the last time, one of the bathroom bulbs was not working. These things need to be checked by Housekeeping before hand. There are at time severe congestion with the lifts. I think from a location, service, room size, cleanliness and budget this is superb especially for families. Nice ambience in the lobby, friendly staff and good view (from the front side) of Petronas, etc. The hotel is quite good for Vegetarians (as far as breakfast is concerned - get Parathas, Daal, etc.) and is close by taxi to Indian vegetarian restaurants (e.g. Saravana Bhavan in Masjid India area) Would recommend this strongly.

The hotel was fine. It is located just a couple minutes from the monorail, which can get to many places around the city. Buffet was very good. For the money we got about what we should have from the hotel.

For me...all is absolutely OK, Perfect and Full of Satisfaction.Me and my wife is actually stayed in this hotel because we want to have a good day..eventhough our house is just nearby. When i was here...i felt that their services is very excellent. Especially, in Seasons Cafe. Mr. Jafri Omar has ctually save all the unsatisfaction. the story goes like this..one nite, me and my wife went to the coffee house and tried to pretend ourselve as a foreigener( my wife's face look like Arabian). So, i dont think so that we will be treated as foreigner because i am defenitely look like Malaysian.

I was upset when my request for...
I was upset when my request for extra bathroom towels was rejected. We had 3 adults and a baby. They had only 2 towels and strongly insisted i can only have 2 in a room. And even at the swimming pool we had to go far to get the towels which was not an easy access. They even allowed outsiders to swim in the pool cause i noticed they brought along their own lunch, towels and clothes which they changed there. Security guards were hard to find and outsiders came in and out as they like. Even the front office staff were unfriendly. We didn't feel safe staying there. So much so for a 4 star hotel. We didn't enjoyed our stay there.

Well... what can I say about Grand...
Well... what can I say about Grand Seasons? We've been there three times and were happy with what the hotel had to offer. For a four star hotel, the rates were acceptable and rooms meet the minimum standards but not exactly impressive. The counter service was slow and not very customer oriented. We asked for maps but they were unable to provide - reason was they ran out of maps. Breakfast was so-so, not excellent but decent. We were appalled by the smoking section which did not really keep out the smoke fumes. We wanted to go back again this year (end 2005) but the hotel is no longer providing free breakfast as part of its package. We are looking at other options since it may not be a good deal anymore.

I was truly disappointed with my stay...
I was truly disappointed with my stay of 2 nights at the Grand Seasons! From the hotel's website which I visited before my trip gave me such high expectations. But when we arrived we were sorely disappointed. Firstly, the lifts took ages and we had to wait quite a while before we could get to our floor! The room was pretty run down and to add salt to injury, we found ourselves at battle with cockroaches in the toilet for both nights !!! There were at least 5 or 6 of them running around at the sink area where i had placed my toiletries! i certainly could not wait to check out of the hotel. it certainly put a damper on our holiday. This was the first but definitely the last time that i am ever going to stay at grand seasons. it was truly a horrifying experience and i felt we were definitely misled when we visited their website to check out the hotel before making grand seasons our choice. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone and certainly not to any of my friends!

Well, the check-in process took almost 20 mins... There were plenty of staff behind the counter, but all busy doing other things and not serving the long que of guests waiting.... The room was ok, but the kettle had been used by a previous guest to gook food in and had not been cleaned. I called reception and they said they would send a clean kettle, sadly, it never arrived. The breakfast room was very crowded and the food was ok, but the orange juice was orange sqash and the tea or coffe never arrived..... I will not be using the Grand Seasons hotel again

Superb location! The hotel is situated at Jalan Pahang, just off Jalan Tun Razak, a main thoroughfare that provides quick and easy access to the central business and shopping districts and the Klang Valley.Walked only 5 min to the KTM Komuter and light Rail Transit. The room and service was fine! We love the location, it was great to go anywhere in KL.
