This hotel is very convenient for many...
This hotel is very convenient for many types of travellers, being near the bus station. It is also within walking distance of Chinatown and the Chinese market, making it good for budget travellers and for those interested in this cultural experience. The light railway is nearby giving access to all parts of KL.
The hotel staff are friendly and helpful: as flight-weary UK arrivals it was wonderful to be given our room when we arrived at 9.0am expecting to have to wait for hours to check in. The room was clean. The two problems we had: our loo became blocked and the battery stopped working in the remote controller - were dealt with instantly. There was something to suit everyone in the buffet breakfast and you could eat enough for the whole day!
We would recommend the hotel to anyone.
The staffs at the cafe don't smile...
The staffs at the cafe don't smile much and they don't seem to do their jobs by clearing our finished food plates. They are very friendly towards the "ANG MOH" rather chinese. The first room that we slept had a faulty air con. They took a while to repair but was not successful. Manage to get another room with good air conditioning. Though there are unhappiness, but when we need some request, they are flexible like extending the check out time.

Overalls about the hotel is pitty good. The room is good side and clean and the location for asian is good (asian food almost everywhere China town)
only complain is got the little cockroach running in the toillet better be careful about that luck that we donn't mind them that much!!!
I have requested for a high floor...
I have requested for a high floor non-smoking and king sized bed while booking but ended up I got a room at 8th storey which still bearable but the staff told me they do not have any non-smoking floor and I was been given a double twin sharing room. The services there was average but they are not very professional and their facilities was not very well equipt.

Location is very good, in a few minutes walking from Chinatown, Indian area and substation. Accomodations is good, but rooms haven't the standing of a four stars hotel. So, in comparison with others hotels, price could be a little cheaper. Breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. View from the room was nice (twin tower, KL tower). We can heard the Sub from the room, so room is not very quiet.
A decent hotel, difficult to find anything...
A decent hotel, difficult to find anything better for the price in KL. Clean, good views, international standard. Service is poor - there were always long lines at the front desk (had to wait more than 15 minutes to check in) because they didn't have enough employees there. Had to call three times and then go to the front desk when our toilet was stuck.
But, otherwise, comfortable and perfect location.

I like the hotel location, right at the city center. It's convenient to go anywhere, though it takes a little bit long walk over a yet-to finished building to get to the Putra train station. Room is clean and nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed staying there and will stay there again. The only improvement I can suggest is the breakfast that is too simple and same everyday.

Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. When spoken to they often looked at you and did not respond. THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE A POOL even thought it is advertised as having one. The business centre internet is dial up and was not working. Rooms were ok and the breakfast varied. Useful for shopping in China Town, Mega Mall and KLCC cabs to Mega Mall and KLCC cost around 25 rm.

Stayed at the Ancasa hotel for 4 nights.The rooms was average,the breakfast was always the same items. No simming pool, no gym as stated , felt cheated. Try other hotels if avalable.
Nice hotel at a good price. Superior...
Nice hotel at a good price. Superior room was neat and tidy but the bathroom was not spotless. Main problem was the short shower curtain (I think the same guy fits all the hotel showern curtains in Australia) Buffet breakfast had great beef rendang and other malay and western cuisine.
