Overall, I'd say this hotel is good value for the price. However, I wouldn't say that it's a 5 star hotel. They need to address some issues in the dining room at breakfast time, such as making sure the hot food is 'hot' and perhaps creating a seperate 'egg station' to reduce the horrible line at the hot food section. I did make that suggestion to the restaurant manager and I'll be interested to see if they actually DO listen to what guests say when I stay there again in March 2008.
Some of the staff were wonderful and know what a Five star hotel is all about, whereas some others really need some training (or maybe find a different job), especially in the dining room.
There was a bit of a misunderstanding when I checked in and they gave me the wrong room, but then the receptionist upgraded me to an executive room to make up for the inconvenience, which was really fantastic.
The bathroom has the BEST shower I've ever had, anywhere in the world!
If they sort out a few of the staff and the problems in the dining room at breakfast, this could be an exceptional hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is wanting a 4 star hotel, and really, it suited my needs perfectly, so I will definitely stay here again.
