i enjoy the facilities and warm welcome of the staff. the rooms are big and complete amenties. if ever i will combeack to kuala lumpur i will return to this hotel.
Indian
It is a good hotel, due to its location and complementary breakfast, especially for vegetarians. I recommend the hotel for Indian Vegetarian visitors.
A gem in the middle of town
It may not be situated in the heart of the clubbing district but transport is easy with cabs and the light rail transit literally next door. It's a great place if you're looking for value. We got the family room which came with a kitchenette, sitting room, and the standard ensuite. Spotless and comfortable it had a fabulous pool and view of the city and Twin Towers. The Internet is a bit steep though- 60 ringgit for 24 hours but quite fairly this was 24 hours worth of minutes logged inso it worked out in the end. Will definitely come here again on business especially with rates offered by Asia rooms.
Our four night stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The staff are very polite and helpful. we had one of the Crest Rooms which allows you access to the Crest Lounge where we could get complimentary drinks and nibbles. Our breakfast could be taken in the Crest Lounge but you had a greater choice of food in the Coffee Lounge, where the choice was huge. in fact it was difficult to decide what to have. The food here was very good. The downside to this hotel is that it it a little way out from the main shopping areas but the hotel does have a free shuttle service to the Petornas Towers, and the local train line was quite noisy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would stay there again.
A nice and surprising hotel!
I rated 6/6 for all: excellent customer service, food, room, value for money, etc. We could stay 3 in a room without charges. The hotel gave us many vouchers of 50% discount for dinners and breakfasts. Because we traveled in Feb, the hotel was occupied only 40-50%, I guessed.
The dinner was excellent, we paid only 15 US$ for a delicious buffet. Nearby: Metro, food court, budget shopping mall.

I got an upgrade from standard room to deluxe room at no extra charge. Room was very clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. Hotel was conveniently located next door to an LRT station.
However, no tooth brush nor toothpaste was provided in the room which was a surprise. Also there was no free internet access though this free service was the norm in all other hotels of lower star rating I have been to in recent years. Fortunately I was staying only one nite so it didn't matter much.
Not a good hotel to use if I were on business trip since I would have to pay RM$60 extra for unlimited use of internet per day. I think it is not expensive to provide the extra internet service for free which would make it more appealing to all guests.

The location is very goo, very close to LRT only 2minutes walk and also very near sunway mall. The room was very big and clean and the clean lady very helpfull
Legend Hotel
The hotel gives excellent value for money and is of a very high standard.
The main reason for it being cheaper is it's location is not in the middle of the main Bukit Bintang shopping areas but it is very easy to either get a taxi or use the monorail/train service located next to the hotel.
