A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Could not fault the service and the food was delicious.

Convenient location, friendly staff.
Unfortunately, the hotel is getting rather aged looking and needs an overhaul.
There is no free use of wifi, which is definetely not intune with the current trend.

I have always stayed in mandarin oriental everytime I visit Kuala Lumpur. I tried staying other hotels, it is never the same. Service is excellent, they remember your requests and do all the requests in your next visits without you prompting.
They breakfast spread is good too, may ge a little crowded during peak season.
It is just next to shopping mall, watching midnight movies is always very convenient.
Room rate is more than oher hotels, but it is value for money for its service & quality of room. One thing they still do not have is the complimentary wifi in all rooms. wifi is only in rooms at the club floors. Otherwise it will be perfect...
Typically superb.
As expected, and as previously sampled, the whole Mandarin Oriental experience is superb. All staff, from concierge,to reception, to porters and bar personnel, were efficient, immaculately presented and very friendly. The only problem was that we were only there for one night, and it was a great rate from asiarooms that made it possible. Highly recommended.
Hotel was excellent, great location and customer service was first class. Great value for money and glad we booked it. Would highly recommend this hotel especially for New Years Eve.
Mandarin Oriental stay.
We were very satisfied with all aspects of our booking - we had booked a king sized bedroom but were in fact upgraded to an apartment very spacious accommodation.

I also had birthday on leaving day so we had nice surprise when arriving back to hotel on previous evening. There were cake and birthday card from Hotel with signatures of several hotel employer :) That was small task from Hotel but made me feel special. Thank You!!! :)
