I appreciate the check-in staff for very attentive.. The breakfast was superb with lots of varieties of food. The room was very clean. Definitely i will recommend this hotel to all of my friends. More power to all Royale Bintang staff... God Bless....

Perfect location on Bukit Bintang. Room was a bit small, but clean, and aircon made a lot of noice. Hotel bar is rather dull. Breakfast is nice, a lot to choose from.

We have 2 connecting rooms and paid an excellent price via asiarooms.com.
Check in and out were both hassle-free. Font desk staff dont look friendly or warm at all (no facial expressions - we thought we are being checked in/out by robots) hahaha! But it's not major.
Breakfast spread was nice. We had 2 kids and expected to pay for their breakfast. However, we were not ask to pay. Thank you.
Location was great! Near to our favourite BB Plaza for shopping.
Chinatown was much further than we expected. With kids walking together, took about 20 mins or so per way. Number of hawker stalls were also miserable.
Overall, we enjoyed our first KL trip! Thanks Asiaroom for the wonderful service and value for money. :)

I was disappointed that the Royal Bintang Hotel did not live up to the reviews I had read on the internet which all led me to believe that this would be a great hotel. The rooms were poorly lit, bedlinen worn, carpet marked, and the view from the window (at the front of the hotel) was into the back of a carpark. The bathroom was the best bit. Breakfast was adequate. I would not recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues.
