Very good hotel. But very bad hospitality...
Very good hotel. But very bad hospitality from the reception. I just wonder why the Royale Bintang hotel staff in this hotel, specially the receptionist, act like very high person and looked down the customer. I was chek in on 21st May 2005 in the night and the chinesse lady staff, pretty, short hair and slim (I didn't see the name), she didn't smile at all when she served us. And to other customer also like that. Look like she had a bad mood. Actually, I don't want to compare, but now I can say, Indonesia hotel staff are VERY GOOD. They are full of smile, and if you want to work at the hotel, you have to be nice to the customer even you having a problem. Please be attention to Royal Bintang, not only the lady one but all the staff in reception have to smile, I've never seen one of them smile to the customer.
