Position great, close to main shopping area and mono rail. Staff were friendly, our problems with the safe were sorted immediately and an extra fan provided because our air conditioning wasn't too good.(Reported on arrival, twice, but nothing done to actually fix it). On arrival, we were upgraded to an executive suite so room was of good size, on a high floor but wasn't non smoking as requested (though no one smoked in common areas). The hotel was pretty good for a 4 star but could do with some renovating within the rooms. Room needed a fresh coat of paint. Our bed was terribly uncomfortable. It was as hard as a rock! Breakfast was ok - with a reasonable variety but much we didn't choose as the food was generally not hot enough and fruit juices were warm (hots were warm and colds were warm). Make sure you go to breakfast before 8.30am to avoid the crowd. Pool area nice but they need an improved spa as the jets were really weak.
