Although we arrived in the middle of the night, everything was in order with our reservation. Our room, on the non-smoking floor, was spacious and quiet and the aircon was not too loud, which it can be in hotels of this age! Self-service breakfast lacked as much choice as we'd have liked and the restaurant decor was a little tired and this is our main criticism of the hotel. All staff were always helpful and pleasant, particularly in the lobby area and the location of the hotel at the bottom end of Jalan Bukit Bintang made it easy to walk to all the shopping malls, local restaurants and skytrain. The hop on/hop off tour bus passes the hotel which is convenient. We didn't use the pool or the bar as we were too busy exploring KL!
