Excellent location.Front desk service was very quick&...
Excellent location.Front desk service was very quick& effcient. We had a lovely spacious room on the 10th floor. The buffet breakfast is good with many choice. Stay was enjoyable. Excellent hotel and value for money. We will probably stay again on our next visit to KL.

Location wise is very good. hotel facilities...
Location wise is very good. hotel facilities is fair but i was quite upset & shock that the bedsheets & pillow cases are stain when i check into this CLEAN room. The chambermaid even have trouble replacing it with a full stack of it which is suppose to be fresh from the laundry but they are all the same! Well,after about more than 10 but less than 15 pcs she finally found one!humm... something is wrong with their laundry department that they should improve. Service staff is VERY GOOD.

We stayed in KL for 1 night...
We stayed in KL for 1 night after 10 days tiring-trip from Thailand. Once arrived in the front desk, the service was very quick and efficient for room check in. The room was clean and spacious with nice pool view and we also could see some area parts of busy Bukit Bintang precinct. Bed was nice comfy king-size. Bathroom was standard. Hotel location is superb, merely walking distance to Bukit Bintang, Sungei Wang complex and shopping areas of KL. One thing we noticed was there were so many reflexology massage parlours around the hotel. Very convinient for tourists who would like to experience close encounter with KL's shopping and night life!

Really nice Hotel in very good location...
Really nice Hotel in very good location at the end of Bukit Bintang. 2 or 3 minutes walk to Lot10, max 5 min to the new Pavilion shopping mall. Very large, clean room (1301) with nice view on the Petronas Towers. Only the bathroom was a bit dark, but not big deal; plus I didn't bother asking for the one light over the sink to be fixed so I can't complain. Unfortunately didn't get around to use the pool.

Very clean environment, good swimming pool excellent...
Very clean environment, good swimming pool excellent location, staff was very friendly we have requested early check in due flight arrival at 8:00 am from europe, room was ready for us no questions asked. Kids particulary liked close proximity to electronics and computer plaza.

This is my third stay at this...
This is my third stay at this hotel. Checkin was friendly and efficient. The breakfast service was always good but has improved! The gym has been upgraded. Room service was good and house keeping excellent. I will be staying at this hotel again on my next visit and recomending it to my friends. Thank you for looking after us!!!

Conveniently located and easily accessable to many interesting places in KL. Many good local restaurants around the hotel. Can improve more on check-in procedures.
