My husband and I stayed at the...
My husband and I stayed at the Royale Bintang at the end of March and found our hotel room and bathroom to be quite nice and spacious. We were disappointed with the quality of the breakfast spread, particularly the shortage of foods later in the morning. The breakfast staff were slow in refilling the foods and slack in their cleaning of the tables once patrons were finished with them. When we wanted to confirm our flight reservations, we were told that the travel service in the lobby was able to assist, but when we met with them we were told that we would incur a fee that was much greater than a cost of a phone call. For us, the hotel location is great and the facilities are 4 stars, but the customer service we experienced was defintely not to standard.

The hotel is in an enviable location...
The hotel is in an enviable location in Bukit Bintang, and for a 4-star establishment, it looks even more modern compared to the hotels it has as neighbours. To make your way to Plaza Lau Yat and Sungei Wang, avoid taking the short cut on both sides of the hotel, as they are not well-lit and I've seen prostitutes plying their trade as well. I usually take the lanes next to Federal Hotel instead. In addition, the hotel breakfast buffet at the Sunflowers Brasserie can be really packed over the weekend. When I arrived at 1000, there was a snaking queue of 10 guests waiting to enter. However, when you get in, the quality and range of the spread is quite desirable. Other than these, the hotel is a great 4-star.

The location was very convenient - only...
The location was very convenient - only a short distance away from Puduraya. Seems to be about equidistant from Puduraya and Bukit Bintang area actually. Breakfast buffet was decent - wide spread though I've had better elsewhere. It really was value for money. When I checked in with my sis, they upgraded our room from Standard to Deluxe, so that was a nice surprise!

Booked a delux rooms and was upgraded to the executive lounge. Efficient check in and check out. Breakfast would be better if there is some variation from day to day. Great location. Enjoyed our stay

We had a very pleasant 3 nights...
We had a very pleasant 3 nights stay, hotel is conveniently located with yummy hawker food across the street and shopping malls round the corner. Room was clean and well maintained. We do noticed that the TV channels were quite limited and hope to see more on our next visit. Variety for breakfast was ok except the replenishing of food was rather slow. We have stayed in 5 star hotel in KL on different occasions but would still think that Royale Bintang is definitely our best choice so far. Would definitely return again!

ALL STAFFS OF HOTEL ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. SPECIALLY THE CHECK-IN COUNTER, IT'S A VERY GOOD MANAGEMENT, IT WON'T TAKE LONG TO GET THE ROOM. THE LOCATION OF HOTEL IS VERY GOOD TOO, EASY ACCESS TO GO EVERYWHERE, YOU CAN TAKE MONORAIL AT IMBI STATION TO KL SENTRAL AND THEN JOIN THE OTHER TRANSPORTATION. ALSO THE HOTEL IS CLOSED TO MANY SHOPPING CENTRES LIKE BB PLAZA, SUNGEI WANG, LOT 10, TIME SQUARE. I REALLY RECOMMEND AND GIVE FIVE STARS FOR THIS HOTEL AND OF COURSE, MY NEXT HOTEL IN KL IS STILL ROYALE BINTANG.
