Fantastic value
The royale bintang in kl is great. Close to lots of shopping and only a street away from all the eating stalls which are cheap and tasty. The hotel is at the end of the bars & "red light" district, though security very good with people on watch. Rooms great, even though our toilet leaked a little. Room service excellent. All staff very friendly. Concierge called taxi and got price for us every time. And were very helpful in letting us know where to go etc... If catching sky bus from lcct via kl sentral taxi only about 15 ringet. Just one thing, the shower was over the bath, which was fine for us, but if someone had a mobility issue, it may be a little hard climbing over the bath into the shower. The rooms were clean as was the whole of the hotel. The swimming pool area great, though it would have been nice for it to stay open a little later than 7.30pm.. Say even to 9.30 would have been better. I would highly recommend the royale bintang and we will definitely stay there again. Value for money...

i stayed here for 5 nights.
LOCATION: all i have to say is this hotel located at a strategic place, u go east, west, north or west, u will find a lot of shops.. it is nearer to some attraction places such as Low Yat, BB Plaza, sg wang, Lot 10, and Pavillion.. alsoBerjaya Time Square.
ROOM CONDITION: the room was OK.. quite big and can fit four people per room. the air- conditioner sometimes hot.. ( therefore if u want to make your room cool all the time, do not turn off if you are not in the room). whereas the toilet didn't have the hose.. its very hard for us to 'poo'. we have to go to the lobby's toilet.
those who love shopping or holiday with a family, i would recommend to stay here!

The hotel is locate in the hart of KL. It's easy to find and close to the KL Monorail station.

Royal Bintang Room Air Conditioner ???
me and my autny spend 3 nights at royal bintang (bukit bintang) , Air con was not working we complain 3 times and nothing happen , front office only says ok we send some one to check and the technician shows up and he was just moving aroung and he was noy able to fix it coz air con was to old only we can hear fan noise , bathroom tab and shower water flow was very low ,
last time we stay this hotel was good and now i think owner dont care and they dont do any mentainance.
i spend alomst 1000RM for nothing.

Friendly Staff
This is my fourth stay, i reach the hotel early and request for a connecting room. The lady at the counter try to reserve one for us. I really appreciate her help. One minus point is when the housekeeping call and ask for cleaning up the room, i say dun need just change towel can already, and they did not appear. Can't find the contact number to the housekeeping inside the room.

speedy check in, clean and comfortable room and efficient service all round.. enjoyed my short stay.
building is a bit dated in need of refurbishment.

Royale Bintang
The major plus point for this hotel is in it location right at the fringe of Jalan Bukit Bintang and at the center of all activities in this area.
For computer craze people it is just 5 minutes walk to Low Yat Plaza, the IT and electronic shopping center.
