I spent two night with my wife...
I spent two night with my wife in honeymoon ten days ago and we will summerize our experience in the following:
High level of Hospitality when we reach the reception and the promoted the room to a Twin Tower viow (thank you Naief , can't forgit your kindness).
The breackfast buffet was outstanding and honestlly it was the best food I had in Malaysia's hotels for the 13 days I spent.
Room service is perfect and the stuff very kind, just waiting for commands.
Hotel location is some how far from the KLCC & BUKIT BINTANG(the commercial road & area) which need about 10 mintues by taxi.
Really it was my best accomdation experience in Malaysia out of four hotels I spent nights in.

I HAVE STAYED IN THIS HOTEL ALMOST 2 WEEKS, HOWEVER IT IS ONE OF THE BEST FOR THE GOOD SEEVICE, NICE STAFFS, AND COOPERATIVE WORKERS,AS WELL AS GOOD LOCATION

My stay at Pan Pacific hotel was not as pleasent as Sunway Lagoon. With the exception of the location, the hotel services was very poor in many aspects:
Room airconditioning was a disaster. I spent two nights without having a comfortable sleep time.
At the check-out I have faced unncessery delay due to a dispute over the usage of room mini-bar, and after the hotel roomservices realized their miscalculation, they even did not have the courtesy to apologize or advising me that the matter is over.
Waiters reception at the Breakfast was not freindly. OVerall I would not think of staying at Pan Pacific during any future visit to KL.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Pan Pacific, the first time we stayed on the Pacific Floor and it was well worth the few pounds difference. As we had an early start this time we just booked a standard room and, for the price we paid, we had no complaints. The room was well equipped with tea making equipment and an iron/ironing board. We didn't have time to do the breakfast full justice but it looked like a substantial buffet with a good variety of food. We ate in the coffee shop and the food there was of a good standard and reasonably priced. The hotel is very well situated being just across the road from the train station. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very affordable,we felt this was not a 5 star. The outside pool area, and the work out area wasn't up kept and a few other things as well. It is however in a great location. For the price we paid, it was great ,but I would not say this is a 5 star rating.
