good location for shoping

great stay some un friendly staff
We had a very nice stay at Seri pasific.
veiw from room was great , room is excellent ,counter staff was very nice , special mention about the cheerfull, friendly and talented singers who made our evening special,but some staff especially at poolside seems to be very rude otherwise our stay was great and will sure come back , all the very best.

Unbelievable encounter!
The room layout and provision are one of the best I have come across. Also, very nice and tidy and classic. All facilities provided are well designed and constructed, very convenient for laptop computer operation.
The only problem is that the tea making facility and the bar fridge were so well designed and built to recess into the wall that I couldn't find them and didn't realise they were actually there until I was told when I checked out! I was wondering how a 5-star hotel could probably get away with tea making facility and bar fridge.
Next time, I would make sure that either I look more closely or just ring the room service to help to find these facilities.
By the way, I was told that they are actually hidden in the wall (external wall!!) behind the chair at the desk.
The hotel does show its age and definitely needs some upgrading.

everything is good except the pool quite small
Not so 5 star
Booked a total of 4 rooms. Got early check in for 2 rooms. Which I think was fair. However, one room took quite a long time to be ready. It was ready past 3 o'clock. Rooms are not 100% clean. Toilets got visible stains. Beds are clean and comfortable. I would say the hotel is an old 5 star hotel. One of the room are provided with mini bars and welcome fruits but not the same case with the other rooms. I expect a 5 star to be standardized. Staff are friendly though. Location wise, not bad. They have a hawker ctr just beside the hotel. Shopping mall opposite with food court which offers quite a variety. Train station is in front of the hotel. Hotel pool is quite old too. Car park is safe.

Please allocate more dust bins in the car park.
