This is a great hotel, the 10th floor terrace is great for sipping a beer while the sunsets. The mezzanine floor bar is a little souless and the staff may need some smiling and customer service training, but it's a great hotel, great facilities and great food.
1- Food of the hotel is not...
1- Food of the hotel is not continental , only very few items in menue suits non eastern asians and the east asian flavour is always there in every meal .
2-Loundry services prices is very high , I spent around 300 RM in washing 3 shirts one time and pressing 4 .
3-TV channels are not continental , no middle eastern channels and no uropean , I was isolated of my region and world due to TV channels . Cost of that is not more than RM 500 for all the hotel .
4-Other services charges are so exagerated : like internet , room services .
5-I will spend less than half of the budget by going to Indonesia , Bankook or Manilla since all charges in Malysia are very high : TAXI , restourants , shopping ,, etc. Even in Saudi Arabia every thing is cheaper than KL .
6- What is marvelous in KL is the malysian people by respecting others, being nice.

The staff were very helpful and the buffet breakfast was lovely. The view of Patrona towers from our room was great and the room was a good size with all the facilities of a 5 star hotel. It is easy to get everywhere as the hotel is central to shopping and tourist attractions. Highly recommended.

The hotel is excellent for families. There are many good facilities like a kid's play rooom and a guest laundry. There is also a shuttle bus to main attractions, but only one way and at a very low frequency. It is clean and new with very friendly staff. As with other hotels, you may need to draw attention for service during breakfast rush hours. Location wise, you need to walk up hill for 10-15 minutes to reach the main shopping area, but it is a good excercise.

Excellent Hotel. Can't fault anything and it was the best hotel I stayed in K.L. I tried Westin, JW Marriot, Regent, Nikko, Crown Princess, Pan Pacific...you name it. This hotel is the best hotel and I would strongly recommend anyone. Well balanced in overall.

Although the hotel lacks character it is undeniably a professionally managed operation with friendly and efficient service. The food was of a good quality, especially the buffet dinner, and reasonably priced.
Although the room was of a medium size it did adequately support 2 adults and a toddler whislt the well-proportioned bathroom could have housed many more guests !!
The proximity to KLCC is definitely a plus point although having driven up from S'pore, I must stress that it wasn't easy to find the hotel given the insufficient signage.

I had heard alot about it and as I expected ,it was good.The breakfast and was excellent,but the best thing about Prince Hotel is its location ,which is near to Bukit Bintang street,one of the most famous street in Kuala.Thank you!

A qualitity hotel offering everything to most. Breakfast was extensive and scrumptious. Rooms were a delight after travelling in Africa offerring a luxious approach with the services you would expect eg tea and coffee making facilities and ironing board. Our 10 year old enjoyed the pool and the surrounds were pleasant. We enjoyed our stop over and wished that we were able to stay longer. I doubt this hotel will disappoint.

We stayed for 3 days on our return from New Zealand and couldn't hav asked for a more perfect end to our trip.
The Hotel and Staff were FIRST CLASS and nothing was too much trouble. Room and views fabulous - Breakfast was superb and a fantastic choice of evening meals & venues.
Very high standards achieved and Staff are a credit to the Hotel - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

It was my first time at Prince with my fiance and we were really impressed with the hospitality and politeness shown by the staff. From housekeeping to room service, I have to say that Prince Hotel did indeed deliver princely standards. It was a memorable stay at Prince Hotel and I am definitely going to come back to stay there again in December 05. Three Cheers to Prince :)
